The premise of this campaign is simple. The City of Sel-kai is the capital of the small but great island realm of Sel-kai, located on the continent of Emer on the planet of Kulthea. In Sel-kai, all sorts of adventure is available, high and low, profitable and dangerous. All manner of men meet in Sel-kai, to do their best (or worst). Above the city the fantastic habitat called Eidolon hovers, suspended in the air through the combination of great magicks and great craftmanship. Apart from the city proper, this island of the mighty casts it shadows over the people of Sel-kai, for better and worse.
